Few miles away from Natal is the biggest cashew tree in the world: the area of its top measures 8,400.00m² and it produces up to 60,000.00 fruits per year! Nearby you will find craft shops, bars and restaurants.
Since 1991 Carnatal is the biggest out-of season carnival in Brazil. It usually takes place during the first week of December.
