Residence Luar offers you two types of flats: A type and B type.

A type flats: 1 double bedroom, 1 lounge/dining room with cooking corner, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery.
Bathroom with shower, small balcony with barbecue.
B type flats: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, 1 with Jacuzzi tub), 1 lounge/dining room with cooking corner, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery, small balcony with barbecue.
All flats are equipped with TV, WiFi internet and air conditioning. Our residence is protected by security systems and night surveillance in order to guarantee all the comfort you deserve
